Calling all District 2 ghosts & goblins! You are invited to join us for a virtual costume contest for Halloween! Share your costume photos and join in the fun!

Rules: Open to District 2 members of all ages in the Service Delivery Area. Please submit pictures and include first and last name, contact phone number, and full address. All entries MUST be submitted NO LATER THAN 10 pm, October 31, 2023. If all your information is not included, your entry will not be included in the contest. Voting will take place November 2, 20223. The winner will be announced online and contacted directly.
