All OSDA District 3 Tribal members are welcome to submit a photo of their Halloween Costume to participate in a virtual costume contest!

To participate, please submit a photo of your costume, name, and age to [email protected] from October 15th to November 1st. We will have our staff vote and choose winners in every age category. We will post pictures of the winners and send gift cards out as prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in multiple age categories.

All submissions will be featured on PTN social media, and winners will be featured in the December newsletter. By submitting your picture and information, you agree to allow us to post your pictures.
